A napkin holder where the spring tension that is pushing the napkins out relaxes so they aren’t so hard to grab. I went to a restaurant last week, and when I’d try to take out one napkin, it was so tight that it tore. After a few tries, I ended up grabbing way more than I needed. However, when there were few napkins in the holder, they would start falling back in when I tried to grab one. So, again, by grabbing a number of them, I could pull them out. Proper tension would significantly reduce napkin costs.
