Anything that can help prevent prescription drug overdoses. Perhaps as simple as taking a picture of the medication label and the app automatically adds it to your profile and matches it against your other medications. It does not have to be limited to Rx’s.
It can include over-the-counter drugs, and anything else one can think of that causes conflicts. Such as a feature that asks how much alcohol or recreational drugs the user consumes.
Drugs.com already has this feature. The idea is about how to make it quicker and simpler to check. As easy as opening the app and taking a picture of the label.
Funding for an idea like this could be available from both drug makers and grants.
