For the life of me, I cannot keep the mattress cover from coming up at night. If two bands are placed on the mattress diagonal, they could have clips to hold onto the corners of the base sheet. This way you are not altering the mattress or the box spring to add clips.

Luggage Storage. This is a huge issue for short-term, Airbnb type travelers. One might schedule a 12-hour layover for the chance to tour a city. However, carrying one’s luggage for such a day trip is awful. If one cannot store luggage at the airport, a pickup/dropoff service could take luggage from the airport to an offsite location.
