Run a coffee shop style shared work space.
Current shared spaces offer free coffee and tea, but are uncomfortable to hangout in unless you are renting an office. This is essentially a premium version for those that use the shared work spaces specifically for the open space, tables, etc.
The target is the person that doesn’t actually need, or want, to pay the price of an individual desk, but is still willing to pay more for a more comfortable open space.
